Chiara Spallotta was born in Fossombrone, Italy, in 1989.
She studied New Media Arts at the Urbino Academy of Fine Arts and Visual Communication at ISIA Urbino. Afterward, she moved to Bologna, where she currently lives and works as a freelance illustrator and author.

As an illustrator, her clients include Minimum Fax Media, Teatro alla Scala, La Nuova Frontiera, Donna Moderna, and many others. She is also the co-author, with Marco Gnaccolini, of the graphic novel La mala del Brenta, BeccoGiallo, out in 2025.

In her free time, she enjoys exploring the past, reading mystery novels, drawing landscapes, and daydreaming.
